Texas Star Antiques Haskell is 3 large stores and a museum on one small-town square.
Linda Short opened Texas Star Antiques Haskell in June 2018.
Plan your day trip to this small Texas town because it will be well worth your time, just be aware that like many Texas antique shops, it is only open 3 days a weeks – 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday and Friday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays.
Chateece Clark Rickard said, “I spent a fun couple of hours in Haskell at Texas Star Antiques. There were so many treasures, beautiful pieces of furniture, dishes, and items to see that I really needed a few more hours to take it all in. The owner is a kind soul and makes you feel welcome to look at your leisure. Take your friends and enjoy a day checking out all they have on hand!”

One shop is much like a fabric store with lots of quilts, fabric reams, bar stools, a huge selection of ranch furniture, high quality, high-end vintage furniture, light fixtures, old wooden doors, rocking chairs, pedal tractors.
“The store is fantastic. Something in everyone’s price range. Items of all era’s and styles. Great addition to Haskell.” John Bash
Texas Star Antiques Haskell has one building that is a museum. People are welcome to come in and look at all of the items. There is a huge Coca Cola section in the upstairs mezzanine balcony. One section contains vintage yearbooks with many being Haskell county, but others are from all over the United States. A postal section displays an old wooden postal window. Linda is huge collector of Jesus pictures so there are large, framed pictures of Jesus around every corner you turn. There is an old vintage Victrola and many farming items and implements because the Haskell community was built on farming.

One section contains vintage/antique railroad items, military, a Texas history section, a Tobacciana and a pharmacy section. A beautiful Christmas village was donated and is on display in a storefront window.
Linda has renovated and flipped 2 houses. One is a historical home built in 1920. It has been used as a guest house and now it will be used as an AirBnB. Linda uses vintage merchandise from her shops to decorate and accessorize her flip houses.
