This Membership Agreement (the Agreement) is effective April 1, 2019, by and between Texas Vintage Shopper, hereinafter referred to as Community, accessed via https://texasvintageshopper.com with a the business address of P. O. Box 472, Burleson, Texas 76097, and all current and future members of Texas Vintage Shopper hereinafter referred to as “Member”.
By accessing, browsing or using the https://texasvintageshopper.com website or by selecting I Accept during the membership registration, you represent that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement hereinafter referred to as Agreement.
1. Nature of the Service
Texas Vintage Shopper is a social network facilitating the exchange of personal information between people. This socialization shall include reading the profile pages of other members and possibly even contacting them. Texas Vintage Shopper provides to its member’s benefits such as but not exclusive to: Building Antique Business | Building Antique Community | Finding Antiques. Texas Vintage Shopper works like an online community of internet users.
2. User Registration and Information
The member shall fill in the correct information requested in the User Registration form on the site.
Please note: Upon ad package expiration, the credit card provided will be automatically billed to renew the ad package for the upcoming ad cycle, unless the purchaser has chosen to cancel the ad package. To ensure that your ad and membership continues without interruption, please keep your payment information updated and current. For your convenience, and to enable Texas Vintage Shopper to keep its ad prices competitive, your ad payment renewal will automatically recur one year from the date of purchase. You may cancel your ad 10 days in advance of its renewal by logging into your dashboard and updating your subscription.
The member shall be required to promptly update the User Information on the site. The member shall select a username and password during the User Registration process. The member shall be responsible for:
a) all use of the Site made by the Members username and password, and b) maintaining the confidentiality of the Members username and password.
The Content includes messages and other materials posted to forums, groups, or other locations on the Site by the members of the directory. Member of the directory is deemed to grant Texas Vintage Shopper the non-exclusive right to post, display, copy, and modify’ the Content in connection with the operation of the Site and Texas Vintage Shopper business. Further, the Member is deemed to grant Texas Vintage Shopper the non-exclusive right to post, display, copy and sell the Content within the limitations set by the Member during the online publishing process. Member is also deemed to authorize Texas Vintage Shopper to disclose his/her personal data when the Member includes such personal data in the content.
If the Member has a dispute with one or more other Members, the Member shall release Texas Vintage Shopper (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
Texas Vintage Shopper shall not sell or rent Members personal information to third parties without Members explicit consent. Texas Vintage Shopper shall store and process Members information on computers located in the United States that are protected by physical as well as technological security devices. However, Texas Vintage Shopper shall be permitted to access and modify Members information.
Member shall indemnify and hold Texas Vintage Shopper (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Members breach of this Agreement, or Members violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
7. No Agency
No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.
All entries should be vintage-related and Texas Vintage Shopper reserves the right to only accept those entries that fit the profile of the site. Texas Vintage Shopper is not the organizer of any of the events listed on this site. This is merely a site to find events in the state of Texas.
Texas Vintage Shopper cannot take any responsibility for, including but not limited to, openings hours, canceled events, entrance fees, experiences or recommendations, or anything that has to do with any of the events posted on this site as content is user-generated or collected from online resources and maybe, but is not necessarily first hand.
We reserve the right to reject any visuals or content that does not meet our criteria and specifications.
